Elizabeth created Conforti Consulting, LLC after 20 plus years of private practice management. She brings experience and knowledge to her discussions in all aspects of today's orthodontic and dental practice. Her focus is on creating efficient and effective practice systems that provide structure, organization, and create a fun and rewarding atmosphere for outstanding teams. Elizabeth offers team workshops and training sessions for the entire team. She enjoys working one-on-one with offices to help them realize their full potential. Since 2013, Elizabeth has enjoyed speaking for wonderful organizations, such as the AAO, PCSO, Dolphin Imaging and Management, Ortho 2, and Invisalign, while sharing her concepts with offices that truly go the extra mile for smiles.

Elizabeth holds a degree in business management, is a business consultant, certified human resource professional, wife, and mother of three amazing children. Her background provides offices with high performing insight and the opinion of an ideal orthodontic consumer. Her experience spans across the private practice spectrum in the healthcare industry, primarily focused on orthodontists and dentists alike. She lives in Wisconsin with her family and enjoys cooking, golfing, entertaining, reading, and being fully present in her children's lives. In her free time, you will find her on the hockey, golf, and cross country sidelines, and cheering on the Creighton Bluejays!
