With decades of experience in orthodontic and dental practice management, Elizabeth specializes in designing practice systems that bring structure, organization, and energy to daily operations. She provides team workshops, customized training sessions, and one-on-one consulting to help practices reach their full potential.

Since 2013, Elizabeth has also shared her insights as a speaker for respected organizations including the AAO, PCSO, Dolphin Imaging & Management, Ortho2, and Invisalign, inspiring teams and leaders across the profession.
